Video card problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I recently added a video card to my computer. Before that i only had my motherboard.

The problem is:



-Webpages scroll funny(slow and like in blocks)

-Computer Games wont run(sorta start up then disappear)

-Display Properties>Setting>Advanced>Adapter show up blank



I am using ATI RADEON 9000 SERIES SEC.

Please tell me how to fix this problem!!!|||You need to install the drivers. Don't rely on the CD that comes with the card. Download the latest ones from this link..
