Pls help me ragarding my video card problem..?

i have hp pavillion dv6 with 4gb ram 300hdd 2.2 ghz quor 2 duo, windows 7 ultimate 64bit..

my video card is Mobile Intel (R)45 Express chipset family

i installed new game avtar just today..my lap is upto its requirements..

but it runs too slow...the sound n scene occur at different times...

what can i do to run it normally...

how can i update my video card?/ is there any external card available??

how much it costs??
