Video card problems + Windows XP + No picture?

Video card problems + Windows XP + No picture?

I recently re-insalled a fresh copy of Windows XP Professional on my computer that had Vista Ultimate. I was frustrated with Vista, and wanted XP back.

I installed XP successfully, but when I dragged windows on my desktop, the windows lagged, and when playing videos in full screen mode it lagged as well. I determined the problem to be a video card issue, with the drivers. I could not locate the correct driver for my particular video card and was searching in the SETUP options for my video card. (Setup options that you enter before startup). I changed a setting, and now when Windows starts, it makes an error noise, and there is no picture.

I hope that someone else has had the same issue at one point, thanks to all for offering me some help...|||remove your graphics card and use the onboard graphics until you finish installing Windows... and then install the graphics card|||no . Windows installation will give you basic graphics. Just plug the monitor into the socket that it fits near the USB's and sound card on the motherboard. Install windows.. and then lastly fit Radeon graaphics card and driver
