Help! Video Card Problems?

my video card wont show up anywhere for some reason. All i know about it is that it's an ATI. I think 5200+ but I'm not sure. The catalyst control center won't open up and in the dxdiag theres no device under the display tab. What do i do?|||Insufficient info. Did it ever show up? Did you just make a change? Did you change the video driver? If you just installed this did you turn off the onboard video in the bios?
