Laptop Video Card Problems?

Okay So I just got my laptop fixed and vista reinstalled but now whenever I try and go into windows movie maker or something like that it says: "Windows Movie Maker cannot start because your video card does not support the required level of hardware acceleration or hardware acceleration is not availible." What does this mean. how do i make it work?|||You may need to download your graphics drivers and install them again. You would need to provide either your graphics card model or you laptop model. You can go to my profile and click the e-mail button, and I would be glad to help you find an appropriate driver.|||It means that your video card is not "compatible". The only way to fix this is to buy a new video card, about 256 MB and see if it is compatible. You can always return it.

It will cost about 20 dollars, maybe.|||You could try updating the drivers for your video card. It did say that it's a hardware issue, which in your case the only way to get better hardware is to buy a new laptop.
