I bought a computer from Newegg.com and it came with this video card

it worked for the first few hours and then world of Warcraft started having tears and flashes in the graphics. There are also little red dots everywhere and i get a blue screen randomly at times.
I unplugged the DVI and and plugged it back in and it worked for awhile but went back to what it previously was doing. Will i have to get a new video card? And also since it came with the computer and the computer its self is working fine how would i go about getting it fixed via newegg?|||Depends on whether it was part of a single build (i.e. you bought the computer prebuilt), or if it was part of a combo deal (i.e. you bought a set of parts). Either way, just contact Newegg now, let them know what's up, and let them decide if you need to RMA the card.
But first, I would check if simply updating to the latest driver solves the problem, or even installing an older driver that is less buggy:

This simple technique solves many game issues.|||yeah just conatct newegg and see if they let you send card back only (probably will) as they have good custoimer service and you prob have 30 days to get done anyways - just have patience all will be ok, you will ahve to pay to send back (which sucks) but they wil hook you up with a replacement.
