Video card problem, please help? :(?

I downloaded the sims 3 Razor (what does that mean?)

And in the into it says that my video card is not valid (or something like that...anyways, this happened with the sims 2, but when i went to download the new video card thingy, the only one to download was the one i already had and i didnt even know how to download it?

Help please? :(|||You aren't going to get any help with a pirated version.
