Video card problems with games?

First i could play Dead island on max graphics now suddenly evrything laggs like hell even the lowest graphics also two worlds 2 and witcher 2 and i'm supposed to run both on high-medium my video card is nvidia geforce 405|||This is a sad no lifer attempt at a troll. Look:

I think even my crappy integrated Intel graphics beat that, and I'm on a 5 year old laptop. I bet behind your screen you're a desperate 40 year old man who lives in his basement with his mother. How do I know? Because you find something so nerdy and old funny.
