I'm experiencing weird dots coming out of the screen while playing. And, even when i quit the game, the dots still appear even on my desktop... When i restart my PC, the dots disappear. It happens occasionally... Is this because of my video card heating up or is it because it's dusty? or worst is it broken?

They work part of the time, but then run into trouble when stressed.
Go to the Nvidia web site frequently and check to see if they have new drivers for your card and your version of Windows 7.
In fact, Nvidia has software, "System Update," that has an icon that will sit on your desktop and when you run it, it will go out and check to see if there are any new drivers for your system. It is pretty cool because it runs much faster than going through the internet looking for yourself. I would download and install this software if I were you - then you could keep looking for the driver updates.|||Power Requirements
GTX 260 models:
Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 36 amps)
Two available 6 pin PCI-E power connectors|||Listen to me carefully cos i shall say this only once :)
You can try to update drivers or check if you have enough power supply, but i think that you have worst case scenario - faulty graphic card, the dots you are seeing are called "artefacts" it is because earlier known pipelines in vga card aren't working properly. So basically you are not getting any picture in those spots only blank(black) - no pixels running through pipelines.
Use your warranty if you have one.
