Inno3d geforce 9500gt 1GB Video card problem.?

I purchased an inno3d 9500GT 1GB video card, i installed it in the proper slot, downloaded the latest driver for windows xp 32-bit (v270.61)... the installation went smooth, however after i restarted my computer, it will still prompt that a vga hardware is detected and not yet installed.... When i double click the nvidia apps, it would prompt that no VGA card is detected... please help me, what should i do?



my motherboard is a low end emaxx emx-ig31-avl.



thanks|||Did you uninstall the old drivers properly? by properly i mean uninstall the old drivers, then restart, then delete any driver data left (usually in c: nvidia - if this folder isnt deleted, then the old driver just reinstalls itself)



if you did, then you may have a hard ware problem.
