Second Life Video Card Problem?

I never get it with any other graphic-wise game Sims 3, Age Of Empires ect..

But whenever I try to play Second Life I get this message



'Second Life is unable to run because of your video card drivers did not install properly, are out of date, or are unsupported hardware. Please make sure you have the latest video card drives and even if you do have the latest, try installing them again'



Is is because I've reformatted my computer and the dude who fixed it and has screwed it or what, I'm not quite familiar with my graphics and computer and stuff either to know how to Update...





I've tried all the viewers too.
