Video card problems; resolution?

I have an HIS 6850 and everything i play Full screen mode it makes my computer crash, everyone said to get new video driver but id doesn't work. any solutions :[|||A new video driver and firmware would be the correct answer, otherwise it is OS related, more than likely your computer cannot handle the load it is being put under.|||You may have issues with the card running in Full screen. Try running the card at a lower setting. Also on the driver, got to ATI to get the drivers. Then uninstall the installed drivers completely. Shut down the system and then reboot.|||yes every body is write choose my answer as a best answer
