Is this a internet problem or video card problem?

When I'm playing Final Fantasy 14, whenever i enter a new area or log on or whatever, it takes between 10-30 seconds for it to load all the npcs, and whenever i go into a quest instance, it takes a minute to load it. I was wondering if this was a internet conneciton problem or a video card problem?|||If you are running on a home network, you would be surprised on how much the router disrupts your signal... I just got Netflix on my PC and had my PC hooked up to a router. The movies would be choppy, stop, and cut completly off sometimes. Found out if I hook the PC directly to the cable modem, all this stopped. Even if there was no other PC on in the house, there was problems...|||This is probably an internet problem, your connection speed and download speed may be too slow. Or if you have multiple PCs on the same network, you might be limited on your bandwidth to your PC.|||internet. video card problem means the game lags and you see errors like unnatural objects or strange shapes and colors that arent supposed to be there|||Unless you have problems with offline games, video editing, playing DVD movies, etc. it's an internet problem.
