Video card problems need help!?

I have a NVidia Geforce FX 5200 8.1.9.5 or so it says from properties in the device manager



-The problem is that in Mozilla there's no gray when you know can't go to some server or something where "that message" appears

-Another is that I can see through a 3D or the 3d doesn't appear at all!

-Also the 3D have some sort of spikes or something appearing and disappearing repeatedly

-Red Alert 2 also runs slower than our other computer that is weaker which plays Yuri's revenge just fine

-Youtube videos play but almost all videos can't be watched because it goes like shake then becomes big and small repeatedly non stop, hard to explain



If I download the one available in the NVidia's site the color and screen resolution goes to lowest available and stays|||that card is an real olf MOFO!
