Video card problem about things going to fast.?

Hi, just got a new 9800 gt video card, and Im using it to play fallout 3 and the game PkR, which is an online poker game with 3d models and such. Anyways, My video card runs fallout fine, but when i play PKr, everything is way to fast, no animations have time to complete, i can go on low settings, high settings, nothing changes. What should i do?|||Generally, if the game runs to fast on a newer graphics card, the game is either made for a specific system, or badly programmed. sorry, but there is no fix that i know of.
