Video card problem in a laptop?

okay, i have a Vaio CR and I wanted to play Call of Duty 4, but my video card is not good enough...so i want to ask if i can change a video card for my laptop?

Here is my laptop's info:

model: VGN-CR140E

Processor: Intel Core (TM)2 Duo CPU T7100 @1.8 GHz 1.8GHz

Memory Ram: 2038 Mb

System Type: 32 bit operating system

Rating: 3.1 windows experience

Windows Vista Home Premium

Accelerator in Use: Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

Video BIOS: 1466

P.S.

I was wondering if i can use an external video card if i cant change it?? or is there any other options|||No, the video card in a laptop is soldered onto the motherboard, there are very few models that actually allow the vid card to be replaced.

You can only reduce the gfx quality setting on your machine to improve performance.|||You cant change video card in laptop with out changeing out the whole board and as far as i know there are no External Video Cards you could use|||May be next time you need carefully chosen your notebook specifications. minimal spec. have dedicated VGA 256 RAM
