Motherboard-video card problem.?

I removed my video card and took off the fan because it was burnt . Then i placed another video card. I turned on the pc , everything worked fine , but my screen remained black and its led light(the little green one) was flashing . I tried placed the first video card again but the screen remained black .

The motherboard green led is on , the processor and the video card is working.

What do you thimk is the problem ??|||Do you hear a single beep, at POST (when the computer starts up)? Are there any other beeps? Do you hear your normal Windows startup sound? (I'll answer for you: no, no, and no.)

As you've discovered, just because fans spin, the hard drive spins, and LEDs light up, doesn't mean your computer is working. Try another power supply.

Did you try the "burnt" video card in another computer? It's possible it was always a power problem, and not a video card problem.|||I think in that case it would be your power plant that's something wrong with try looking your spec's of your power source and the see the graphic card's spec's, and look after Watt's (marked as W) if you graphic card for example needs 600w but your power source can only give out 400w you have to buy a new power source with 600w+ or else a new graphic card...i Recommend the first option. Else it would be your Cable that connects your computer with your Moniter, try see if they are set correctly or try to shift the cable.|||Maybe Your Screen Broke/Burned also.

try it with another screen.
