Video Card Problem? Need Advice?

Hi, I have a GTS 250 and for the longest time the fan on it has been very loud. It's almost unbearable, mainly because my card doesn't have fan control so it's stuck at 100% fan speeds constantly. Will changing the fan and heatsink for my video card, allow me to have fan control over my video card? I just want to have the ability to have different fan speeds, so browsing the internet doesn't become so annoying.|||You have turn on the manual control for the card, try slow it down a bit or set it back to auto.



Changing the fan and heat sink wont help unless you set to auto or slow the fan speed manually
